This is a wonderful classic Wicked Witch costume made to fit a larger lady. Costume includes skirt with elastic waist, lined blouse with fabric-covered buttons and velvet leg-o-mutton sleeves, long black cape which ties at the neck, and matching hat with velvet hat band and attached net veil. Very flattering and comfortable.
